Welcome! Gold Evolution is a Shariah-compliant fractional gold savings platform built for everyone in Singapore — whether you are new to investing or simply looking for a smarter way to preserve your wealth.
Instead of buying an entire gold bar at once, you can start with as little as S$50 and accumulate gold in small fractions over time. Your gold is held securely on your behalf, and you can sell back or redeem it for a physical bar whenever you are ready.
Gold has historically been one of the most reliable stores of value across thousands of years. By saving regularly — even small amounts — you are building real, tangible wealth in a time-tested asset.
Creating your Gold Evolution account takes just a few minutes. Here is how to get going.

Open your web browser and go to goldevolutionsg.com.

Click the Get Started or Sign Up button on the homepage.

Fill in your details: full name, email address, and a password of your choice. If a friend referred you, enter their referral code in the optional field — this links you to their agent account.

Check your email inbox for a verification email from Gold Evolution. Click the link inside to confirm your address.

Return to the website and log in with your email and password. You are all set!
Can't find the verification email? Check your Spam or Junk folder. If it is not there after a few minutes, contact our support team and we will resend it promptly.
You must verify your email before you can make any purchases. This is a regulatory requirement to protect your account.
After logging in, you will land on your personal dashboard. This is your at-a-glance view of your gold portfolio.
Check the price chart regularly to understand market trends. Gold prices can move based on global economic events — being informed helps you decide the best time to buy or sell.
Ready to start saving? Purchasing fractional gold is straightforward. You can pay by debit card (instant) or PayNow — Singapore's instant transfer system. For card payments we accept debit cards only; credit cards are declined to keep your purchase free from interest-based (riba) financing, in line with our Shariah commitment.

From your dashboard, click the Buy Gold button.

Choose how you'd like to enter your order using the S$ Amount / Grams toggle: either type the SGD amount you wish to spend, or switch to Grams and type how many grams of gold you want. Whichever you choose, the platform instantly shows the other value at the current live rate. The minimum purchase is S$50.

Review the order summary — check the amount, the grams, and the rate — then click Confirm Order.

The PayNow screen shows the amount and your account reference (your GE number). Make a PayNow transfer using the UEN below, and enter your GE number as the payment remarks.

After transferring, tap I've Made Payment and upload a screenshot of your PayNow confirmation. Your order is created and screened at this step — so if you close the screen before this, no order is placed and you won't be charged.

If verified instantly, your gold balance is updated within seconds and you'll receive a confirmation notification. If the screenshot needs additional review, our team will confirm — usually the same day.
Your order is only placed when you tap I've Made Payment and upload the screenshot — that is the step that creates and submits it. Make the PayNow transfer (with your GE number in the remarks), then upload the payment screenshot in the app. Without the screenshot upload, your payment cannot be verified.
The gold rate shown at order confirmation is indicative. Your final gram allocation is based on the rate at the time your payment is verified. Rates move with the live market.
Prefer not to think about it each month? Set up a monthly savings subscription and we'll automatically buy gold for you every month using your debit card. It removes the "should I save this month or not?" decision — your gold grows steadily through dollar-cost averaging, and you can change or cancel anytime from your profile.
Need to access your funds? You can sell (or "sell back") your gold at any time. The payout is credited to your registered bank account.

From your dashboard, click the Sell Gold button.

Use the Grams / S$ Amount toggle to enter either the number of grams you wish to sell, or the SGD amount you'd like to receive — the platform works out the other at the current buyback rate. You cannot sell more than your current balance.

Review the SGD payout amount based on the current buyback rate shown in the platform.

Click Confirm Sale. Your gold balance will be debited immediately.

Our admin team will process your payout to your registered bank account within 2 business days.
Make sure your bank account details in your profile are correct and up to date before placing a sell request. Payouts cannot be redirected to a different account after confirmation.
The buyback rate is visible in the platform before you confirm your sale. You will always see the exact payout amount before proceeding.
In addition to fractional savings, Gold Evolution offers a catalogue of physical gold bars that you can purchase outright. This is separate from your fractional gold balance.

Navigate to the Gold Bar Catalogue section from the main menu.

Browse the available bars. Each listing shows the weight (e.g. 1g, 5g, 10g, 50g, 100g), purity (e.g. 999.9 fine gold), and current price in SGD.

When you find a bar you want, click Buy Now to initiate a direct purchase.

Complete payment via PayNow as directed, using your GE number as the payment remarks, then tap I've Made Payment and upload your screenshot — that step places the order.
Catalogue prices are updated regularly to reflect the current market. If you are planning a larger purchase, reach out to our support team — we may be able to assist with bulk pricing.
Physical bar purchases from the catalogue are separate from your fractional gold savings account. The grams do not automatically add to your savings balance.
One of the most rewarding milestones of your gold savings journey is converting your accumulated grams into a real, physical gold bar. Here is how to redeem.

Ensure your fractional gold balance is at least equal to the weight of the bar you want (e.g. 10 grams for a 10g bar).

From your dashboard or portfolio section, click Convert to Physical Gold.

Browse the eligible products and select the bar you wish to redeem into.

Confirm the quantity and review the conversion summary — grams to be deducted from your balance.

Submit your request. Our admin team will review it and, upon approval, ship your physical gold bar within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a notification and tracking details once your order has been approved and dispatched. Keep an eye on your email and your Transaction History for status updates.
Conversion requests cannot be cancelled once approved. Please double-check your delivery address in your profile before submitting. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
Gold Evolution gives every customer the opportunity to earn extra income by sharing the platform with others. Anyone can become an agent — no application fees, no minimum targets.

When someone signs up using your referral link and makes a purchase, you earn a referral bonus on every transaction they complete — automatically.

Track your earnings, referred customers, and performance in your Agent Dashboard.
Referral Bonus Tiers
Your referral bonus rate grows as you build your customer base. The more customers you bring in, the higher your earnings per transaction.
Your Agent Dashboard
The Agent Dashboard gives you a complete view of your performance:

| Compliance Training | Your AML/CFT & CDD module status. Each button shows ✓ Completed with the date once you pass, and an All cleared badge appears when both are done. |
| Agent Resources | Download the Agent Handbook (your guide to promoting the platform) and the Platform Deck (a shareable overview to send to people you refer), both as PDFs. |
Referral Bonuses are calculated on every purchase your referred customers make — not just their first. The more active your referred customers, the more you earn month after month.
Compliance Training
Before you start referring customers, complete the two short compliance modules in the Compliance Training card on your Agent Dashboard: AML/CFT (anti-money-laundering) and CDD (customer due diligence). Tap a module to open it, read through, and pass the short assessment at the end.
Once you pass, that module shows ✓ Completed with the date, and when both are done you'll see an All cleared badge. You can re-open a completed module anytime to refresh your knowledge.
A complete record of all your activity on Gold Evolution is available in your Transaction History. You can view this section from the main navigation at any time.
Your history includes:
- Gold Purchases — date, SGD amount, grams received, and transaction reference.
- Sellbacks — date, grams sold, SGD payout amount, and bank account credited.
- Physical Conversions — date, bar redeemed, grams deducted, and delivery status.
Each transaction is marked with one of three statuses:

| Pending | Your request has been received and is awaiting payment verification or admin confirmation. |
| Completed | The transaction has been fully processed. Gold or funds have been credited/debited. |
| Failed | The transaction could not be completed (e.g. payment not received, or cancelled). Please contact support. |
Each completed transaction has a unique invoice number — GE-INV-XXXXXX for purchases, GE-PAY-XXXXXX for sellbacks, and GE-CONV-XXXXXX for conversions. Tap the invoice reference in your transaction history to download the PDF directly.
If a transaction has been showing Pending for longer than expected, screenshot the transaction details and reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or email for a quick resolution.
Your account security is important to us. Here are some simple steps to keep your gold savings protected.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our support team right away. Do not wait — we can help secure your account quickly.
Consider using a password manager (such as Bitwarden or 1Password) to generate and store a unique, strong password for your Gold Evolution account.
