By creating an account on Gold Evolution ("the Platform"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gold Evolution (UEN: 202443296N), a company registered in Singapore.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@goldevolutionsg.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We collect your NRIC/FIN for identity verification purposes. Your NRIC/FIN is hashed using SHA-256 and we retain only the last 4 digits in plain text. This is necessary to comply with applicable regulations and to prevent fraud.
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

Gold prices are updated in real time using live market data. We do not guarantee any specific price or return on your gold holdings.
Gold purchases are executed at the prevailing market price at the time of transaction approval. You must submit a valid payment proof (bank transfer screenshot) for each purchase. Our system reviews payment proofs and credits your account upon verification.
Gold sales are executed at the prevailing market price at the time your sell request is processed. Sales proceeds are disbursed to your registered bank account upon processing.

All approved transactions are final and irreversible once processed. Please review all transaction details carefully before submission.
We currently accept payments via bank transfer (PayNow / FAST) to our designated company bank account. Payment details are provided within the Platform at the time of purchase.
You must upload a clear screenshot of your payment confirmation. Fraudulent, edited, or misleading payment proofs constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.
Buyback payout requests are processed to your registered bank account, subject to:

Current fee structures, transaction minimums, and pricing are displayed within the Platform. We reserve the right to update our fees with 14 days' notice provided via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Gold Evolution operates a referral programme through which existing members ("Agents") can refer new members using a unique referral code.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Gold Evolution name, logo, app design, text, and code — is the intellectual property of Gold Evolution and protected under applicable Singapore law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
We are not a licensed financial adviser. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Gold Evolution and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of gold holdings in your account at the time of the claim.
You may request account closure at any time via your Profile page in the app or by emailing hello@goldevolutionsg.com. Before account deletion, you must liquidate any remaining gold holdings. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and display a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
