Gold Evolution is a Singapore-based regulated platform that lets you save in physical gold digitally — starting from just S$50. Your gold is real, backed 1:1 by 999.9 fine gold bars held in a secured vault.

Step 01

Create Your Account & Verify Identity

Registration takes less than 2 minutes. You'll need your NRIC (or passport) and a referral code from the agent who introduced you.

Visit the Platform

Open goldevolution.sg on your phone or desktop browser. Tap "Start saving today →" on the landing page.

Fill In Your Details

Enter your full name (as per NRIC/passport), email address, mobile number (WhatsApp), and NRIC/FIN or passport number.

Upload Your Identity Document

Upload a clear photo of your NRIC front and back, or your passport photo page. This is required for regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).

Enter Your Referral Code

Enter the referral code of the agent who invited you (check with them if you're unsure). This links you to your agent's account for ongoing support. If nobody referred you, enter GE0000001 to sign up under Gold Evolution directly.

Set a Secure Password

Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters, include uppercase and a symbol). Keep this safe — it cannot be recovered without email verification.

Wait for KYC Approval

Our team reviews your identity documents, typically within 1 business day. You'll be notified by email and WhatsApp once approved. Until then, your dashboard is read-only.

Step 02

Making Your First Purchase

Once your KYC is approved, you can buy gold instantly. The minimum purchase is S$50. Your grams are allocated immediately after payment is confirmed.

When you open the buy screen, the gold price is locked for 3 minutes — giving you time to review and complete your payment without worrying about price movements. The timer counts down visibly; it auto-refreshes when it expires.

Tap "Increase Gold Savings" on your dashboard

The buy screen opens and the live gold price is locked for your session. You'll see the current price per gram.

Enter the amount in S$

Type the SGD amount you wish to spend. The equivalent grams are calculated automatically and shown in real time. Minimum: S$50.

Choose your payment method

Select PayNow (recommended, instant) or Credit/Debit Card. For PayNow, you'll see a UEN and reference code to use in your bank app.

Complete payment & upload proof

For PayNow, take a screenshot of your completed transfer and upload it as payment proof. This helps our team verify your payment quickly.

Grams are credited to your account

Once payment is confirmed by our team, your gold grams appear in your dashboard balance immediately. A numbered PDF invoice is generated and available in your profile under "My Invoices".

Selling Gold & Physical Conversion

You have full flexibility — hold your grams, sell back to us at the current buyback rate, or redeem your digital grams for a real gold bar delivered to you.

Tap "Sell Gold Savings" on your dashboard

The sell screen shows your current balance and the live buyback rate, locked for 3 minutes. Your portfolio gain or loss is displayed to help you decide.

Enter the grams you want to sell

Type a gram amount or tap "All" to sell your entire balance. The SGD payout is calculated automatically.

Confirm & receive payout

After confirmation, our team processes your request. Proceeds are disbursed to your registered bank account within 2 business days.

Convert to Physical Gold Bar

Tap "Convert to Physical Gold"

Choose the bar size you want (e.g. 1g, 5g, 10g, 100g). You must have sufficient grams in your balance plus a conversion premium and delivery fee.

Pay the premium & delivery via PayNow

The conversion premium and delivery fee are payable separately via PayNow. Your digital grams are deducted immediately upon submission.

Receive your gold bar

Physical delivery is arranged within 3–5 business days. A conversion invoice is generated and available in your profile.

Understanding Your Account

Everything you need is visible from your dashboard at a glance. Here's what each section shows you.

Live Gold Price Card — Shows the current buy and buyback price per gram (999.9 fine), updated in real time. A live indicator shows the connection is active.

Your Gold Balance — Your total grams owned, the current SGD equivalent, and a progress bar toward the next milestone (e.g. 5g, 10g, 100g).

Purchase vs Current Value — Compares what you paid (total invested, average buy price) against the current market value of your holdings. Shows unrealised gain or loss.

Buy & Sell Buttons — Quick access to increase your savings or initiate a buyback, both with 3-minute price locks.

Physical Gold Catalogue — Browse and purchase gold bars directly. Priced in SGD with the current live price embedded.

Zakat Calculator — Estimate your annual gold zakat obligation based on your current gram balance and the nisab threshold.

Invoices & Records

Your Transaction Documents

Where to find invoices — Scroll down to the "Recent Transactions" section on your dashboard. Each completed transaction card shows a clickable invoice number (e.g. GE-INV-000001 ↗) underneath the transaction details.

Opening an invoice — Tap the green invoice number link inside the transaction card. The PDF invoice opens in a new browser tab. You can save or print it from there.

Invoice types — Gold savings invoices (GE-INV-XXXXXX), physical gold bar purchases (GE-PAY-XXXXXX), and conversion invoices (GE-CONV-XXXXXX).

Monthly account statements — For a full monthly summary, tap the 👤 Profile icon → "Account Statements" → select a month and year → tap Download Statement to get a PDF of all transactions in that period.

Keep Your Profile Updated

Ensure your email, WhatsApp number, and bank account details are current in your Profile settings. Buyback proceeds are paid to your registered bank account — an outdated account number will delay your payout.

Every Gold Evolution customer can apply to become an agent and earn monthly referral bonus on purchases made by the customers you refer.

Can I withdraw my gold as cash?

Yes — use the Sell Gold function. Our team will process your buyback and disburse the SGD proceeds to your registered bank account within 2 business days.

What happens if I forget my password?

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and follow the email reset instructions. Contact your agent or our support team if you encounter issues.

Is my gold insured or guaranteed?

Your allocated gold grams correspond to physical gold bars in our secured vault. We operate a 1:1 backing policy — total customer grams never exceed physical gold held.

How quickly is my KYC approved?

KYC review is typically completed within 1 business day. You'll receive a WhatsApp notification and email confirmation once approved.
